Found Wandering “On a Christmas Night”

Found Wandering is a community of musicians brought together by Sarah Comstock (vocals, mandolin) and Colin Comstock (guitar, banjo, percussion). They are a husband and wife wife duo who live just outside of Philadelphia, PA with their three daughters and a couple rooms full of musical equipment. Jake L’Armand (violin, guitar) joined as a fulltime member shortly after the release of their self-titled debut album. They regularly perform as a trio but also expand to as many as 12 pieces for some shows.

In August 2015 they released “The Living Room Sessions”, an audio and video collaboration between the band, Sound Farm NYC (audio)and arsenal mediaworks (video). The release features 6 cover songs recorded live in Sarah and Colin’s living room. The track list includes rearranged versions of songs originally written by Tom Waits, Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen, and M. Ward. Each song is given a unique spin and fleshed out with a combination of guitars, violin, ukulele and mandolin.

Additional releases include the “Gold Underground” single, a self-titled album of gospel covers and two Christmas albums. All of which  have been self-produced and self-released.

They are currently working on new material for an album of original songs to be released in 2016.
